As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Actively seek and identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop a deep understanding of Anfani Education’s services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of our offerings and addressing their unique needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
