As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Actively seek and identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Anfani Education’s services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

  • Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of our offerings and addressing their unique needs.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
